Mooseyard Storage is having an auction for delinquent storage unit accounts. All bids must be placed on the website and payment must be received via credit card with no exceptions at the conclusion of the sale. All units will also be charged a separte clean-up fee deposit that will be refunded on your card after the unit has been cleaned out and must be done so by Friday, February 1st at Noon or you forfit your entire deposit. Owners of the units can settle there account anytime prior to the auction ending. If this happens the unit will no longer be for sale and will be removed from the auction without notice. Preview: By Appointment - Appointments must be made via calling Mooseyard Storage at (715) 524-4648. Checkout: Monday, January 28th through Thursday, January 31st by Appointment - Appointments must be made via calling Mooseyard Storage at (715) 524-4648. If the top bidder's payment method does not go through upon the conclusion of the auction then the backup bidder will then be charged one bid amount higher than the bid at which the next highest bidder stopped bidding. This will continue down the bid line until a bidders payment goes through. Example: Bidder #1 wins the bid at $100 and payment doesn't go through. Bidder #3 stopped bidding at $57.50. Bidder #2 would then be invoiced $60.
